The Expatriate Archive Centre is a non-profit, independent archive that collects and preserves donated materials/life stories about the social history of expatriates worldwide, for research and the future. This agreement ensures that there is consent given between the donor and the Expatriate Archive Centre, hereafter called ‘EAC’, about the current and future purposes¹ of the donated materials, hereafter referred to as ‘the records’ or ‘the donated records’.

¹In addition to research, these purposes may include EAC Public Relations, Print Materials, Website, Social Media, EAC Publications or others, as mentioned in article 5.5.
