About The Event

Join Expatica’s 11th annual “i am not a tourist” Expat Fair on Sunday 2 November to get a handle on your life in the Netherlands. Find information, attend fun and useful workshops, or just mix with thousands of fellow internationals!

Consult experts from a range of institutions: Banks, investment and tax firms, universities, schools, “food from home” shops, recruitment agencies, and expat groups and clubs. They will be there to offer the guidance and advice you need.

You can attend presentations on landing the perfect job, communicating with the Dutch, working as a self-employed entrepreneur, buying a house and more. The fair also offers several workshops. And maybe you even find love at the ‘mini’ SpeedDate.

Enjoy live performances, art, fun for the kids, and more.

Whether you’ve lived here for days, months or years, you won’t regret attending! Get your FREE tickets at: www.expatica.com/iamnotatourist.

Expatriate Archive Centre

A unique archive of expat life stories, based in The Hague but with a global outlook. Our emphasis is on preserving original source material – diaries, writings, photos, paperwork etc – about everyday expat experiences, and providing a much-needed resource for academic researchers. If you’re curious about what we do, or you’d like to find out how to preserve your own expat life story, please visit us at Stand 8. We’re also happy to answer your questions by email welcome@xpatarchive.com.
